You want this dog to bond with you and your family so it will recognize you as it's pack to protect you. They become extremely distrustful of strangers so once again this dog wasn't built to be kept outside away from the family on a chain spot. If you get a high privacy fence it would be a better scenario but once again this breed is not a gamedog that will be happy being tied to a chain outside away from the family. You also need to meet to breed in person to know what I mean. These dogs are a lot to handle and a bully is nothing close in comparison to this breed. The second it realizes you are intimidated by it, the dog will set the rules.

I had a cane corso test me and let me tell you it wasn't a good feeling and that dog was only 100 pounds. If this presa tested me I would have fainted lol I wouldn't mind owning one in the future when I have a huge yard and when he is the only hard working breed I own at the time.

Thanks for the info guys!
The reason I said set up a chain spot is because I have a 4 foot fenced in yard, and the dog being that big, it could clear it really easy right? Maybe a privacy fence is a better addition??
A 50 pound pit dog can clear a four foot fence. The breed tends to be extremely territorial so it is not going to take off after a threat rather set up post and defend the perimeter. Howver, if it identifies a threat tha gets away and you do not have control it could def go after it and it won't be pretty.
