I have a pitbull and boxer the pitbull has never shown aggression toward people or animals very docile however i have a neibor that allows her dogs out without a leash and that dog charges at me and the pitbull when were walking barking and growling. My pitbull reacts with aggression toward that dog. Should i be concerned?
