Unless the mother is registered, you're out of luck. If the owners of the mom send in the registration for the dam, and sign that your pup is indeed out of her, then you can probably get your pup registered with the UKC.

It would indeed be a waste of time going with the CKC, as they don't have conformation shows, or really anything. Not to mention you'd be supporting a registry that supports puppy mills and negligent breeding practices.
I've never heard of the UCA, but a quick browse of their website wasn't very promising. They don't even require a complete pedigree to register.

You can still get a single registry with the UKC (I think she'd need to be spayed), and compete in events like weightpull, but if you can't get her pedigree worked out, PLEASE avoid breeding her at all. No need to add ANOTHER generation of unregisterable APBTs.
