WOW, this is a toughie. This is one of those questions that I PRAY I never have 2 find out how I would feel.

Ummm,ok, IF someone were 2 take a dog, after freaking out and taking some Zanax (just kiddin'). I would call my fiance (If he was not home), call my parents/my fiances parents (they both think of my dogs like Grandkids). I would plug my I-Phone into the computer and print out some pictures of my dog and make flyers. I would go 2 the police station(I don't think I would be able 2 wait for them 2 come 2 my house), then call every single shelter on my way 2 a shelter. Hand out flyers and give my info 2 these shelters in case someone brought my dog there. Then I would hang up flyers like everywhere (w/ a reward of coarse, a nice one). Go home, call the police station again, all the shelters again, look at my phone again 2 see if I had any new messages. Call my Vet (My Uncle) and let him know what happened). Knock on every single door in a 3 mile radius asking them and leaving a flyer on their front door. Oh I have them both microchip'd so I would have them check(I don't really know how the micro chip thing works but they both have it). Then once I got home I would ball up like a baby in my fiances arms and have a glass of wine.

If I lost my dogs or someone stole them I would blame myself, I know I would, even if it someone broke into my house and stole them. I would be a flipping mess. Buffy and Spanky are my babies, my kiddos. They are my heart. I would not be able 2 sleep b/c I would be thinking where they are and what it happening 2 them. I would be missing a piece of my heart.

-Now IF i found the person who stole my dog? and I got my dog back safe? Being honest, as long as I had her/him back that is all that would matter. I would hope they would get in trouble w/ the law of coarse. But the main thing would be that they were back home safe in my arms.
-If I had seen someone walking down the street w/ my dog? I would call the cops and follow the guy until the cops came, not saying anything until the police got there.
-IF something happened 2 my dog and then the person was found who did it? hopefully they would go 2 jail. I would call every news station until people knew what happened and /or until the cops did something 2 arrest this guy. I am not one 2 be physcial. 2 wrongs don't eaqual a right, as much as I would want 2 rip their balls off and make them eat it, it would not bring my dog(s) back. That is for the law 2 handle, and my lawyer.

Do u all remember that story someone here posted last week. SOmeone posted a thread from Craigslist or Petfinder. It was about a guy who had his APBT dog stolen then a few weeks later the dog was found down the road, mouth duct tape shut w/ bite marks all over it's body? this was a CGC, therapy dog that was this guys life. If something like that happened 2 me, I would be a bloody mess. My heart would be ripped out. I don't think I would ever be quite right again.

Hopefully I never have 2 face that though. We have a double sided saftey privacy fence and it locks from the inside. Other than that my dogs are always with me, on leash. They even come 2 works with me
