If the actual owners of the pictures come forward and say, "before this guy's page was made private, he had stolen pictures of which I own the copyright as they are MY dog and pictures I took. His page is now private so I am unable to verify if they have been removed or not. I would like to file a copyright complaint against him," MySpace won't fool around.

I've done it before when someone stole pictures of my previous GSD and was saying it was their prize stud dog. Well that GSD had EPI, cancer, and was neutered. MySpace immediately took action, and when they didn't receive a response, they cancelled the account.
