The govt. shouldn't be able to make a law like that, because it should be a state or local decision, however, the govt. hasn't listened to the Constitution for quite some time now, and they believe they can do whatever they want.

If that's the case, all it takes is 1 supreme court case to turn it around. Unconstitutional is unconstitutional. I just don't know why it's gotten to the point where we fear for our lives of our dogs....... There's going to be a tipping point, and it's not going to be pretty.
