There are people out there who brag how their dogs are man eaters and how vicious they are. THOSE are the people I'm talking about breeding HA APBTs.
And as far as I'm concerned, a drug dealer falls under the category of "thug" and so does anyone who goes aroung sicking their dog on others.
I'm NOT talking about someone who finds out the hard way that their dog bites. I'm talking about those who WANT their dogs to bite people, and makes sure that the dogs want to do it, and are rewarded for it.
