My confusion is more with how does a middle class white person having a pit bull and it attack someone differ from a poor black person differ beside of social status.

If both the MCW and the PBP dog attacks without them realizing the aggression, then they are in the same boat. However, if the MCW or the PBP encourage the human aggression, that is when it differs, and many thugs/white trash encourage the human aggression.
