WTF ? Where were you xgarrettxvx while all this was happening and who was watching your dog while you weren't ?

You're your own worst enemy here, watch your dog while you have him out and this shit will not happen anymore. Until you step up and take owning your dog more responsibly this will continue to happen over and over again til it finally has a bad ending.
