You might want to (kindly) remind them of the leash laws, and let him know that if the dogs come into your yard again, a call might go out to AC. People should always make sure their dogs are secured on their property..... granted, Mollie has gotten loose and bolted a few times, but when she does, I'm close on her heals and don't give up until she's caught (which she makes extremely hard). The short of it, she never goes outside without being leashed, but she has chewed through the leash once. I now make her sit and wait for me to go out the door first. That doesn't mean she wouldn't bolt if she got the chance, but I try my best to make sure she doesn't get out that door without me.
