I have the exact rain coat that Lisa uses and my SBT Archie is the exact same way. he won't go in the rain and as long as he has a rain coat he will go, still doesn't like it, but at least he goes. Hope that helps. Oh, and you have to be kinda pushy and we always give praise when he goes and since we have taught our dogs to go on command this helps in bad weather as well. My dad on the other hand had a dog that did this when i was growing up and his solution was to tie him up out side in the weather. this might sound a bit cruel, but it only took a couple times and it worked and he never needed a rain coat. I am thinking of doing this with Archie because we still have to push him out the door even with his coat. I will have to do it when my wife is not here because she would go get him and bring him in before he goes. Anyway, good luck.
