I do not feel that the average dog owner should own a dog let alone an APBT. Honestly, I wish there was a dog knowledge exam required before being allowed to own ANY breed. We need more responsible owners for this breed and every breed IMHO!!!!

id have to agree with ya on that one...so many morons out there that have no business owning any breed of dog, but who d wanna be the one givin the exams? not me
