Is anyone here familiar with PA's dog laws? I've left numerous messages for our dog warden and haven't heard back from him.

The neighbors down the road have a chi-mix that runs loose. There have been problems in the past with this dog going after our cattle. It was contained for awhile, but now it's running loose again. Both of my dogs (10 mo? rescue pit bull & 4yr old scottish terrier) can be DA.

If either of them hurt or killed it would I be responsible if it was on my property?
