I would definately write Callaway an email and let them know how you were treated. There is no excuse for that, the reps are there to help you and get you properly fit in hopes that you will buy new clubs, not bullsh!t with the the "bombers".

I wouldn't hold this against Callaway because I can promise you that the rep wasn't trained that way. Please let us know if you get any response from them after you write.

I can tell you as a Callaway Sponsored player in the Morgan Cup, I have been treated first class all the way and I know that they want you to have that experience at a demo day...please let them know about this...because as you said, if they dont know they can't fix it.
