Not know where everything falls apart for you.
I will sometimes burn allot of cup lips leading to some 3 jacks.
It's early in the season and eventually my putts will start to drop more consistently.
Like others have said course management is everything in this game.
Good luck in finding some consistency and practice, practice, practice.
