Yeah because being a bit careless while mowing the lawn is the same as not paying attention whilst in control of a potentially deadly weapon.
OK, get off your high horse.

A moment of distraction can happen whether you are mowing the lawn, driving a car, walking a dog or walking a tightrope.

You could either run over your foot, crash, get it run over or fall off. None of which are particularly pleasant.

And only a non-driver would have the audacity to suggest that you should never be distracted while driving. It happens whether you want it to or not from time to time.
