order something and pay via paypal - but cancel the order as is not in stock - paypal have said it can take 2 WEEKS for me to get my money back (5 to 7 working days for them to get it and another 3 working days for me to get it back- then add in weekends)

like WHAT THE **** , banks take 2 hours.
