Lol... almost everything in that list I like. About the only thing I don't is liver. When it comes to casual dining, America really isn't all that good, and about every one I know that's been there will back me up. I really wish someone would revolutionise cafe'/bistro type dining beyond hamburgers, ribs and pizza. It's doesn't cost much to make great tasting fresh healthy food to serve to patrons. Granted some cities are better than others. San Francisco was pretty good. I guess I'm a bit spoiled too. Lived in both Melbourne and Adelaide where food is exceptionally good, fresh and world class (closer to the nations farmers). While cities like Brisbane don't have the same quality of food at cheap prices.
