And then there was the time I bought a brand new ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, the guy was refusing to send the item even though I had paid the 270 pounds because his PayPal account had been hacked and the money spent.

I once shipped an item and the dude waited like 4 months and then complained that I never shipped it. Never contacted me, etc. Just waits 4 months until there's a good chance I've tossed the tracking number. So I reply to ebay.. and they don't respond. They end up ruling in his favor stating I never responded and then closed my account.

Ebay is plain worthless. It's nothing but scams and overpriced crap. I see used PC components being sold for more than you can buy them new. Rarely ever do I see a good deal on eBay anymore.
