I've been quit now for 3 years. still get hit with random cravings that seem to come from nowhere. I'm fine around smokers though the smell makes me feel bad. I made myself feel better by eating junk and ended up putting on 23kg in weight, because of that I started to work out 5 times a week and I've not lost any weight but toned up quite nicely and all the sweaty stuff is making me feel much healthier and happier.[thumbup]
