Thought id update this thread for anyone concerned about my progress. I started working out almost 2 months ago and i weighed 128-130 pounds and so far ive gained 15 pounds. I now sit at around 144-145 pounds and i can see definition. I can do so many things better, lifting things is much easier. I usually eat 6 full meals a day and drink 2 protein shakes a day and go to the gym 5 days a week.

So anyone whos small and thinks they cant get big their wrong, just keep at it! (same goes for people who are overweght). For me i find that gaining weight is extremely hard but losing weight is easy!
