Hey UK Onions...

I was just wondering... I'm always religiously following the speed limit when my Road Angel barks "Average Speed Monitoring Ahead!"... So do most other drivers as well but I still always get the occasional car shooting by as if they didn't care (despite all signs indicating the speed monitoring).

Are these things actually working? If yes, why would anyone with common sense then still go 70 in a monitored 50 zone??
