I applied online (through my personal) bank for a Visa card last night. It's 7:30am and they sent an e-mail back. In the e-mail, it says I'm approved. That seems really quick. Took quick. The application last night said they would call to verify the information before a decision. The e-mail has an attached .pdf which they want me to sign and return. I'm supposed to write my name, address, confirmation number, and sign the bottom. That's it.

There's no header. No phone numbers. Even the e-mail address looks weird.
