I know these group Muslim girls they ask me that do I have a Girlfriend and I said no and then they said we all love you
is it haram what they said?

I guess it would depend on their intention. If they've said it to imply that you are a a good, trustworthy, pious brother who has control over his nafs and they all love you for that, then I don't see anything haram about that at all. If they've said it to imply that each are interested in being your girlfriend, then what they've said may not be haram (though it would be inappropriate) but entering into an actual relationship would be.

You should ask an imam about this.
