I would like to tell you how this development came about:

1. Sat in masjid whilst uncle reading colour coded tajweed on iphone.
2. Checked for availability on android [non suitable found]
3. Started a thread on sunni forum to gather feedback and insight http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...the-Android-OS
4. Scripted the design in Google Docs.
5. Search web and found pdf on www.zikr.com http://www.zikr.co.uk/content/view/112/180/
6. Converted pdf pages to images using software [can not recall name]
7. Got coder on vworker.com to compress images from 600mb to under 100mb. Had to use two coders as first one could not do it properly.
8. Sourced coder on vworker to create application. Required two coders as first one did have a decent go at it but could not do it right. Final coder was from Pakistan and also a hafiz of Quran [subhanAllah]
9. iTajweed icons were created by Umme Ahmad for the pleasure of Allah

The project took approx 2 months and incurred the following costs;

1. Convert PDF to images - $0
2. Images compressed - $17
3. Develop app - $100
4. Icons - $0

So with a cost of $117 and 2 months [of course my contribution to that 2 months is probably a few hours] every person that reads from this app I hope to receive the reward [inshAllah] from Allah whilst I am in my grave. The dua's people give is a bonus also.

I hope it can inspire others to do simple endeavours like this to create a lasting effect for their dwelling in the grave.
