Djazak allahoe gairan brother for the replies!

Could you also tell me if Witr is Wajib in the Maliki madhab? And do you need to make it up like the 5 obligatory prayers if you did not perform it?

No witr it is not a fard. You don't need to make up this sunna, only the five obligatory prayer.

You can also check on the mukhtassar akhdari (one of the first text to study in the maliki school)
