yes we should but why is it that most of our attention seems to be geared towards white westerners? I see so many people getting very excited when a white man converts to islam (even better if she is a lady so the guys can marry her/ALLAH save all sisters from marriage with the salafis who pass them around their halqah) Do people feel the same excitement when a black kafir accepts islam? Trust me the reaction is not the same. Many of these ikhwani groups make these blue eyed blonde haired guys the poster boys of their organizations and within some time these same people change their stance, become murtad etc.

Interestingly enough sometimes I feel like the Black American Muslim community particularly is often ignored although we make up the vast majority of Muslims in America and have had Muslim communities for quite sometime for example in the city I'm from we have families with at least 4 or 5 generations of Muslims
