So if there was a khilafat then when Qadiyani started his fitna, he and his followers would have had the ruling of murtad.

But those who are born into ahmaddiyyat in the current age, should the government consider them dhimmis. Are their prayer halls to be protected by the govt. Of course in this day and age no govt is collecting jizya from any dhimmi ?

Who ever say Lai illah illalah Mohammad RasoollAllah than he is not kafir or mushrik yes they are in fitnah same like you got the fitnah. Even Allah don’t say kuffar or mushrikeen who only say Lai illah illalah in Quran include nisara and yahood only those who do the shirk they are kuffar but who don’t accept Mohammad RasoollAllah they are munafiqeen all in Quran but Ahmadies says Lai illah illalah Mohammad RasoollAllah.
