May be in local masjid, people can set some system through which sisters can contact and keep in touch and regularly they can organize something as a group may be every weekend or any time comfortable. Born muslim can invite them to their house, have some islamic programmes and have a get together.
And also they can set up a website and sisters can get in touch with each other through that. Allahu alam
