It's allowed but the rule to remember is that any clothes that you cannot wear in front of general public/people, you should not pray in those clothes because you should atleast dress in front of Allah how you would dress infront of people.

Its an obvious point but just wanted to add that if one is sleeping with their husband/wife then one should ensure the night clothes are free from impurities. Sayyida Aisha

reports that the Prophet

would not offer salah in the clothes that he wore whilst sleeping with his family. (Tahawi)
