i saw a video in which he was saying Allahu Akbar just moments before his death.

The men around him were hitting him and his face was full of blood.

I'm confused, so many mails and bbm messages are being circulated stating the great economic benefits that Libyan's had enjoyed under his rule and the many technological advancements that he gave them. Is this true?

Are they really worse off now then under his rule?
