I think this is an area that needs to be addressed. We--meaning the world--simply cannot permit genocide, ethnic cleansing, etc, to go on. I suggest people pick up Samantha Powers' "A problem from Hell" . If there was ever a case where I would defend US "meddling" it would be in the case of genocide or ethnic cleansing. We cannot place state sovereignty over the universal right of man to live.

Isn't this the UN's problem? Maybe we should clean up the UN instead of having to constantly baby-sit it. The same clowns who run the security council are the ones promoting the death and destruction.
