Everybody raves about the "Sunbelt" (the states in the southern and western teir). But really, are the taxes really that low? Is the quality of life really that good? Isn't the weather just as bad? What's the point, all those cities will all become overcrowded, polluted versions of NYC in 20 years anyway, so why are people moving there?
