I think you will have to do it from your phone...but i am unsure. Nline will be able to help you
the database has been screwing up lately. i was on "mobile" for a while. i didn't change it...it was forced on me. a few minutes later i refreshed and it was back to my normal one.
i have also had a "Database Error" a few times today.
