MSN 9 is IE. It's just Microsoft's dial-up ISP's answer to AOL's interface. And it has all the same problems.

Well....I would liken this unto the same way that men and women have different ways of picking out a car to drive. Men tend to look under the hood,
while women tend to look at the colors and style. As long as it starts and is reliable, I don't care what's under the hood --- it looks and feels good to me.
