64 megs is low.
I've never tried to put XP on anything less than a p3 600mhz & 128mb ram.
You can try.
It'll take a while though.
Also, there is the registration part of XP when you install it.
I don't like ME.
OK, I hate it.
I'd rather use 95.
You might have better luck with a linux distro.

This is a low requirement distro.
free also.
If you have broadband & a little PC understanding & time you should be able to get it to do what you want.
