I think I might've broken my 350D

Basically was taking pictures today and was running out of space on 1 card, so went to switch it over to another one.

In doing so, I bent one of the pins inside and it failed to start up, which then I realised I had bent a pin after removing the card.

Now I've straightened the pin but it fails to switch on. Whenever I insert the battery, you can hear the mirror click like you would normally when you take a picture. And thats only whenever the battery makes connection with the contacts.

One of the pins was touching the body inside, could there be a chance that I short circuited the thing? Or might've blown a fuse and all it needs doing is replace the fuse?

It does sorta start up, I mean the only thing I can see on the info LCD is the icon for multishot and timer. Thats it, nothing else.

Please help!!!

And if I have to take it in for a repair, how much do you reckon it'll cost?
