There should be a feature called bracketing on your DSLR which will take 2 under exposed, 2 over, and 1 standard image

doesn't have to be 2, but yeah, there should be an exposure bracketing mode, in which it exposes at 0(normal Exp.) , -x and +x. you set the x parameter.
