Oh and I think it's pretty good - reminds me of Cake and.. someone else mixed.

I consider them to be a mixture of Rage Against the Machine because of their politically armed lyrics mixed with N.E.R.D. for their hip-hop sound with live instruments. I can also see the Cake influence, now that you mention it.
