I really haven't had the chance to properly go out and test my new toy - the Nikon D50, but I have been pleased with the results in terms of picture and colour quality so far.

These shots will not win any photography awards, they are simply snap shots done wrong most likely!

I am new to this SLR business so please be gentle.
I fully intend to get some proper shots done over the weekend, taking my time to frame my shots I guess.

The first shot amuses me, shame about the background though, if only my cats would do this outside.

Awwwwwww my cat Moe and Dumpy. (Bigger than Garfield I'm sure...)

My cat Pretty... yes I know, weird name.

My Dog Pippa.

And errr some random boquet shot to show the colours off.
