Leave a polite note on the door. Don't threaten to call the police in the not, just ask them to be considerate of the time and volume. If they continue to do it then call the leasing office or police.

That's actually a great suggestion! I just wonder if i'm even capable of being nice at this point

It'll start off polite... but then i'll get angry and start drawing scribbles and stick-figure images of me murdering them ;P
