So, I'm here in Chicago, and the locals baffle me with thebway they dress. It's 14C, and the wind from Thames is strong and wet. I have to wear a turtleneck sweater and do up my coat. These people walk around in flip-flops and tee-shirts! Do they not feel the cold at all? Do they have anti-freeze in place of their blood?
WTF? You are obviously not Russian.

5C and above is t-shirt weather. 0C is long-sleeve weather. -5C is summer coat weather. -20C is winter coat weather.
