I think any sucker who has to chosen to have a dog deserves to have to waste their time to look after their dog.

Seriously, that troll is weak even by poly standards. Put in a little effort or don't bother please.

@Dis: It wasn't always a dog park, so I guess the fish are left over from when they stocked the lake. Or, the guy was wasting his time fishing a pond with no fish. Or, they are still stocking the lake because they enjoy wasting money. I'm not really sure.
