Non smokers are incredibly intolerant about cigarette smell. Like it smells a little bit and they're complaining you poisoned the whole neighborhood.

Once I was smoking outside on the balcony and the neighbor complained that the smell went into his house through the window (one floor up).

He's a pathological liar. I can say that, because he doesn't post here.
