I wish someone had stopped, gotten out of their car and beat these little fuckers to a bloody pulp.

Where do they get the idea of throwing rocks at cars being fun? They should have attempted murder charges aswell seeing as it could have killed many people, started a huge pile up, and many other possibilities.

It's not like they're 12 years old. They knew very well what they were doing, so their dicipline should be stricter and they should get atleast 10 years in prison.
