I am well aware of this. But, many Liberals like the one I was speaking to are not aware of this.
This is why since liberalism & social programs in the U.S we have had an all out decay in society.

From everything to gangs, drugs, std's, teen pregnancy, unemployment, single mothers, divorce. ect

The roots of these are irresponsibilties promoted by liberalism & social programs..

I agree with you. But tyrany has many disadvantages as well. I have lived in both, something that is out of your experience.
