Not only DHA, there are many places in Karachi in which you may these sort of stuffs. Hope to see some initiative there too.
BTW, there is a perception that people living in DHA are very fond of clubbing, parties & drinking. But that ain't True. I live in DHA & believe me Alhamdulillah people there are so pious. Although you may find things like that but very rare.
