Becuase they don't complain the same when people lie Asians or other whites do it, I have never seen a frenchman complaining about an English man or a Chinese man, or a German complaining about a Russian, but all of them complain whne a West African man goes there.

Firstly, because English are not invading France like a plague of aunts, unlike another nationalities you may know. Secondly, because the few English living in France are not making any trouble, while another nationalities are.

By the way: Social studys are always made by certain 'reseachers' who are following a certain agenda. Therefore IQ-Test are subjective and useless. Never trust any statistic you've not faked for yourself.
And an IQ-Test collects data regarding 'intelligence' like one single breath of air absorbs oxygen in an oversized room full of oxygen.
'Intelligence' is incomprehensible, not ascertainable.
