Hello I'm looking for a digital camera for my 14 year old girl .
needs to be under £140 or $280 have good features ,good battery life and above all takes good photos with minimal noise .
Any help would be gratefully accepted.

The Fuji F series are the best p&s when it comes to noise. I have the f20 and am pretty happy with it.
