One thing I always noticed about flim is the colors are so vibrant....

Thanks guys, slide film really captures colours beautifully and the dynamic range of this film (Fujichrome Astia) is fantastic. I'd recommend buying some Velvia or similar high-contrast slide film and giving it a try, you'll be in awe when you just look at the strips of film; positive film really is beautiful to look at.

Just colour corrected (because the scanner is a bit innaccurate) and unsharp masked. If you could see them in person you'd see how vibrant the colours actually are.
